- Once invited you can get started right away. Our onboarding process will help you set up your community framework and to build intake and application forms for artists. We can help you migrate your community or send them an easy link to join. They’ll maintain their own data so it’s hands off for you.
- Can I import data from my previous management system?
- Yes! We can help migrate your historical data and community. Our support team will work with you to ensure a smooth transition.
- Is there a limit to how many applications I can receive?
- No, ArtStack accepts unlimited applications across all pricing tiers. You can handle everything from small intake forms for camps and classes to major events with thousands of submissions.
- How does the evaluation process work with multiple judges?
- Our collaborative evaluation system allows multiple judges to review applications independently. You can set up multiple review rounds, assign specific judges to different categories, and use various scoring methods (pass/fail, ranked scoring, or custom criteria).
- What happens if I need to make last-minute schedule changes?
- Our platform is built for flexibility. You can make live changes to your schedule and have them reflect instantly to attendees and your team. You can send automatic notifications to relevant team members, performers, and vendors instantly. The system checks for conflicts and helps you resolve scheduling issues quickly.

The tool we wish we had
ArtStack was born from the frustration of managing non-profit arts communities and events with a patchwork of spreadsheets, email chains, and disconnected software that wasn’t designed for the unique challenges faced in the arts.
With years of experience working with artists, venues, and festivals we knew there had to be a better way to handle the complexities and nuances of artistic communities day-to-day operations so we built the solution we wished existed.
ArtStack is a single platform where art organizers can easily manage their entire community in one place. Where submissions and calls don’t have to live in a spreadsheet and instead can easily be evaluated and turned into artist profiles to showcase through a schedule, directory, or attached to an event.
We’ve included an affordable way to sell tickets and registrations because we believe the money should stay with the people working so hard to fund their programs.
